The Scientific Committee of the International Conference on Business and Leadership through Innovation and Strategy (BLIS) 2026 invites researchers, academics, practitioners, and doctoral/masters students to submit their original research for presentation at the conference. We thank you for your interest and kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines for your submission.
Submissions should align with the conference's central theme of "Business and Leadership through Innovation and Strategy." We welcome empirical, conceptual, and case-study-based research. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

At the initial stage, Authors may submit their work in one of the following formats:
Full Paper: A complete manuscript of 4,000-7,000 words (including references, tables, and figures). Full papers will undergo a complete peer-review process and, if accepted, will be eligible for both conference presentation and consideration for journal publication opportunities.
Abstract / Extended Abstract: A concise summary of 250-500 words detailing the research purpose, methodology, key findings, and implications. Abstracts that are accepted will be invited to proceed with full paper submission.
Portal: All submissions must be made electronically through the official BLIS 2026 submission portal: Link to Submission Portal
File Format: Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Anonymity for Review: To facilitate a blind peer review, please include all author-identifying information (names, affiliations, acknowledgments) only in the first page of the manuscript.
Language: All submissions must be in American English.
Paper Size and Margins: Use A4 size with 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides.
Font and Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font. The entire manuscript should be double-spaced.
Structure of the Manuscript:
Title Page (First page):
Paper Title
Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
Indicate the corresponding author.
Main Manuscript :
Page 2: Title, Abstract, and Keywords.
Title: Centered, bold, Title Case.
Abstract: 150-250 words, summarizing the research.
Keywords: 4-6 keywords that capture the essence of the paper.
Main Body: Follow a logical structure (e.g., Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Findings/Results, Discussion, Conclusion/Implications).
Tables and Figures: Must be numbered consecutively (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1) and include a clear, descriptive title. They should be embedded in the text where they are first mentioned.
References: A complete list of all cited works.
Referencing Style: All citations in the text and the reference list must strictly adhere to the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition style. We highly recommend using reference management software (e.g., EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley) to ensure accuracy. For a quick guide, you can refer to the Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL).
All submissions will undergo a rigorous blind peer-review process by experts in the field.
Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on their originality, significance, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference themes.
The final decision (Accept, Accept with Revisions, or Reject) will be communicated to the corresponding author by the Notification of Acceptance date.
BLIS 2026 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software. Any paper found to have a significant overlap with existing published work without proper citation will be rejected immediately.
Accepted papers will be scheduled for an Oral Presentation.
Oral Presentations: Will be allotted 15 minutes for the presentation and 15 minutes for Q&A. Presenters should prepare a Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF slideshow for presentation.
Detailed guidelines for presenters will be sent along with the acceptance notification.
